Monday - Friday: 6:00 - 7:30 AM -and- 4:00 - 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
High School Students:
Open daily, including weekends, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Middle School Students:
**Middle School students may only enter the fitness room when accompanied by a parent, during parent hours.
**All are encouraged to use the facilities in pairs to avoid injury.The use of the fitness facilities will require a new liability form. Please print the form, sign it, and return it to the ISY PE Office in the SAS building.
ISY is a member of the SouthEast Asia Student Activities Conference (SEASAC), which consists of 12 international schools from Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and Indonesia. Through this association, ISY is provided opportunities to participate in international interscholastic sports tournaments along with fine arts and MUN conventions.
ISY is also a member of the Yangon Athletic Conference (YAC) which consists of ISY and three other international schools within the city of Yangon. Both middle and high school teams compete throughout the year in regular season matches and season ending tournaments. The YAC sports consist of volleyball, soccer, basketball, badminton, and cross-country running.
Other local opportunities for ISY students include YISL Community Softball, Monsoon Community Volleyball, ISY Community Basketball, and the ISY Soccer and Volleyball Mini-Leagues.

Pool Open for Lap Swim only 6 to 8 AM
Saturday - December 23rd - Monday, January 1st: Pool Closed
Tuesday - Friday, January 2nd - January 5th; Pool Open for Lap Swim: 6 to 8 AM
Saturday, January 6th - Pool Open Normal Saturday Hours:
Lap Swim: 8 - 9 AM
Family Swim: 9 AM - 12 PM
SEASAC is split into three main seasons with soccer and volleyball tournaments taking place in November, the SEASAC basketball, girls touch rugby and tennis tournaments held in February, and SEASACs softball and badminton tournaments taking place in March. ISY also participates in SEASAC cross-country running, golf, swimming, and badminton which occur throughout the main three seasons mentioned above.
The SEASAC Fine Arts Festival and Model United Nations (MUN) usually take place in January or February. ISY strives to send boys and girls teams to all SEASAC events. For more information on SEASAC please click HERE.
