Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

Thank you to those who joined us in person for the Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM, we shared an overview of the 2025 to 2026 school year, including financial and audit reports, an update on the new building project, and acknowledgment of our outgoing Board members. New Board Members

Newly confirmed Board members will serve a two-year term ending in May 2028.

About the Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the school's overall governance. This includes supporting ISY’s long-term vision, setting policy, safeguarding financial integrity, and helping protect the school from risk. The Board also adopts the annual budget, sets tuition and fee scales, approves major facilities improvement projects, and selects, supports, and evaluates the ISY Director, who is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school.
